What’s New – For Individuals
Easier Upgrades, Better Value
You can now switch from a monthly to an annual plan directly at checkout and apply discount codes seamlessly within your existing account.
Why it matters: This creates a smoother upgrade journey and makes it easier to take advantage of savings and long-term access to everything Mindtools offers.
Apple Pay Now Available at Checkout
Apple Pay is now supported for consumer purchases on mobile.
Why it matters: Makes checkout faster and easier, especially for users accessing Mindtools on the go.
What’s New – For Enterprise Customers
User Dashboard
Now live for all Enterprise users, the dashboard gives learners a clearer view of their progress, earned badges, and learning history.
Why it matters: Helps users track growth, demonstrate impact, and stay engaged with their learning goals.

Improvements made in June
Ask M: Coach speed improvements
The interface now loads faster, delivering a smoother user experience. Minor update also allows brand colour customisation.
Enhanced ad experience
We’ve enhanced how ads appear on Mindtools content, helping us reinvest in a better user experience while minimizing disruption to how our content is consumed.
Internal Enhancements (that make us deliver better results for our customers)
Bulk User Deletion via CSV Upload
Our CX team can now delete users in bulk with just a CSV file.
Why it matters: Faster processing, fewer touchpoints, and a smoother experience for enterprise users.
Bulk Update of User Attributes
Update key user data (like NameIDs and emails) directly in the Client User List — no more manual edits and slow processes.
Why it matters: Saves time, reduces admin burden, and keeps our customers data clean and current.
Bug Fixes
For Individuals
- Smooth upgrade experience: We fixed an issue that caused some card payments to fail when upgrading a plan — especially if you originally subscribed via PayPal or Apple Pay. Upgrading with a new card now works seamlessly, so you can access more features without interruption.
- Discount codes now work as expected: Some valid single-use promo codes were wrongly flagged as invalid during checkout. This is now fixed — discounts apply correctly, making it easier to upgrade with confidence.
For Enterprise Clients
- Reliable access to the Small Business Toolkit: A bug was preventing new users from signing up and accessing the Small Business Toolkit. We’ve fixed it so new users can register and get started right away.
Integrations
- Faster access to learning in Acorn LMS: Users clicking on a resource were being redirected to the homepage instead of the content itself. That’s now resolved — learners are taken straight to their selected resource, with no extra steps.
