Why we built it?
We know that learners often struggle to track their development, stay motivated, or evidence progress — while L&D teams face mounting pressure to justify spend and show the impact of learning.
The new ‘My Learning’ (learner dashboard) solves this by making learning activity visible, measurable, and meaningful.
What is it?
Each user now has access to a personal My Learning dashboard that shows :
- Total resources accessed, grouped by category
- Total time spent learning
- Progress across playlists and Skill Bites
- Learning history with date filters

Availability
