Do workshops include assessments?
Yes. Leadership and management programmes include the Manager Skills Assessment. For other topics, we can run diagnostics, surveys, or needs analyses to shape the right focus.
How are workshops structured?
Workshops are typically 90 minutes (virtual or in person). Optional diagnostics (40 minutes) and follow-up sessions can be added.
How many participants can join?
We recommend 12–20 per cohort to ensure strong interaction and coaching.
Can we choose specific skills, and how is impact measured?
Yes, workshops are modular—pick the skills that match your priorities. Impact is measured through pre- and post-assessments, live project outcomes, and optional pulse surveys.
What’s included and how is pricing set?
Participant workbooks and facilitator guides are provided. Pricing depends on format, cohort size, and the level of tailoring—our team will prepare a scoped proposal.
