  • How do I subscribe to your free newsletter?

  • My newsletter is going to my spam box. How do I get it to my inbox?
  • In some cases the newsletter may end up in your email account's Spam or Junk folders. To ensure that you get the newsletter direct to your inbox, please add to your email “whitelist” – your list of approved or “safe” email addresses.

    Different email programs handle this in different ways, but they all work on the same principle. First, open the email that you want to add to your whitelist. If your email program has a Junk button, click on it and select Never Block Sender, Not Junk, or a similar option.

    Alternatively, copy the sender’s email address. Then, in your email settings, look for a menu item called Add to Contacts, Add to Address Book, or Safe Senders. Select this option and create a new entry in the list. Paste in the email address that you copied earlier, and click Save or OK.

    On tablets and smartphones, you can find these options by tapping on the sender’s email address in the From line, or by tapping the icon that is shown next to the sender’s email address.

  • How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
  • Open a recent newsletter, and click one of the 'unsubscribe' links at the top or bottom.


  • I'm having problems opening Mind Tools PDFs. How do I open them?
  • Problems with opening our PDFs are usually resolved by downloading and installing the latest version of Adobe Reader (click here to do this).

    If this does not work, try downloading the file a second time – this will correct any problems of file corruption during download. And if you're still having no luck, please contact our customer helpdesk. We'll send a copy through to you by email.

  • Can I order multiple copies of Mind Tools products?
  • Yes, by visiting the Mind Tools Store. Simply add the product you want multiple times to your card before purchasing. Please note that there are no discounts for multiple-copy purchases.

  • Can I reproduce Mind Tools material?
  • We have a number of arrangements in place, depending on what you want to do. Please contact us by clicking here to discuss your specific requirements. Alternatively you may find the links helpful below:

  • I want to buy one of your products or join the Mind Tools Club but I don't have a credit or debit card. What can I do?
  • You can pay annually by check/cheque: RIGHT click here and select "Save link as" or "Save target as" to download a printable membership application form. Unfortunately, we can only accept monthly payments by credit or debit card, so if you don't have such a card, we regret that it will not be possible for you to join the Club on a monthly payment scheme.

  • I have a valid credit card but I can't use it on your site. What can I do?
  • When you buy from us we use a secure third-party payment system called Vindicia to process the order.

    If you are using a cards that Vindicia does not accept, and you still can't complete your order, then we regret that, given the way the international credit card system works, we will not know why you are having card processing problems. Your card details are only handled through the Vindicia system, and, as such, Mind Tools does not have access to any of your card information.

    In this situation, it's worth retrying, ensuring that your billing address, card number, name and other details are entered correctly.

  • How do I view my receipts?
  • You can download your receipts in PDF format from this page. Just click the icon next to the bill you are interested in to download the receipt.

    If this page is not available to you then your receipts will have been emailed to you from Worldpay directly.

  • The easiest way to find a particular tool or resource on the site is to use the instant search facility at the top of this page.
