At work, we need to be as transparent as we can in all situations. That does not mean that we always have to let people know every single detail.

Endings can be contradictory: they signal the ending of one thing but can mark the beginning of another. They fill us with dread or excitement, or both

Understanding that different people have different "wiring" can help us all, neurotypical and neurodivergent, to embrace fresh thinking
