We’re excited to announce the launch of organizational development workshops, a brand-new product designed to help businesses rapidly build management and leadership capability.
These live, interactive, expert-led sessions are tailored to organizational needs and focus on the practical challenges managers face today. Delivered virtually or in-person, the workshops combine evidence-based insights with hands-on activities, giving participants the tools and confidence to put learning into practice straight away.

Ask M:Coach App – Leadership Support in Your Pocket
After a successful pilot with multiple clients, the Ask M: Coach App is now officially available!
The app brings the power of our AI coaching tool directly to managers on the go, acting as a personal leadership coach in your pocket. It’s designed especially for busy or deskless managers who need instant, practical guidance in the flow of work.
With the app, managers can:
- Get real-time coaching on challenges like giving feedback, motivating teams, or handling conflict.
- Access evidence-based insights drawn from leadership research and best practice.
- Build confidence and skills on the move, whether they’re in the office, on-site, or travelling.

Brand New ESG E-learning Suite
