Manager Skill Builder – now available to be added to your Content Hub
Last month, we announced that the Manager Accelerator was ready – a toolkit powered by the Manager Skills Assessment (MSA) to pinpoint each manager’s strengths and development needs that links directly to our Manager Skill Builder modules.
Now, you we’ve gone a step further: Manager Skill Builder modules can be added directly to your Content Hub. These 36 adaptive learning modules cover the 12 essential management and leadership skills, from coaching and feedback to decision making, strategic thinking, communication, and emotional intelligence.
Each module adapts in real time to the learner’s current ability, ensuring managers spend time only on the areas where they need the most growth. It’s a focused, personalised development experience – all inside the Content Hub your teams already use.

New AI App being piloted by users
We’re putting leadership answers and coaching right in your manager’s pockets.
Our Ask M: Coach App is currently in pilot with a group of our customers, and early feedback is already positive.
Ask M: Coach is your on-demand, AI-powered coaching tool for managers who are deskless or on the move – enabling quick, two-way conversations on specific leadership and management challenges, with direct links to relevant Mindtools resources inside the Content Hub. Whether it’s handling a difficult conversation, improving team performance, or navigating change, the app delivers instant, practical guidance tailored to the situation.
As we gather feedback, we’ll make refinements before releasing it to all customers.

Under-the-hood improvements
We’ve made key fixes to keep your experience smooth and reliable, including improved search in toolkits, safer editing so backspace doesn’t clear entire content blocks, and updated cookie settings for compliance. The Manager Accelerator now has clearer error messages when starting assessments, automated tests have been updated for the new homepage, and we’re working to resolve AWS limits for greater platform stability.
