Mindtools Kineo announces unified brand and vision for driving future workforce capability

Mindtools Kineo, the newly formed brand that brings together the strengths and reputations of both organizations, today announced its unified identity and strategic direction as it enters a new era, empowering employees to thrive and perform in a fast-changing global workplace.   

Following the acquisition of Kineo by Mindtools in May 2025, the combined organization will now move forward under the name Mindtools Kineo.   

This refreshed brand and new logo reflects Mindtools Kineo’s vision to be the leading global partner for building organizational capability through a skilled and high-performing workforce.
