The things that make us different are powerful. Think about it. If you have people from similar backgrounds tackling the same things, you'll come up with familiar ideas over and over.
Diverse teams are different. When unique individuals come together, they bring something new. Your meetings will be less "Meh," and more "Ah!"
Diversity is good for business, too. Whatever your product or service, diverse employees can help you relate to, and empathize with, all your customers. It can take time to build your dream team, but what can you do now?
