What to Do (15 minutes)
Introduce the exercise and its purpose to the team.
Each member of the team should complete an action sheet, ticking the boxes that best represent their reaction to the statements (1= strongly disagree, to 5= strongly agree). Explain to the participants that it is in their best interests long term, to be as honest as possible when answering the questions.
Review Activity (15 minutes)
The team members should then share their results, i.e. their response to each statement. Drawing up a grid on a flipchart or overhead transparency is a good way of doing this. You could ask each participant to record their result using the five-bar tally method.
