Many of us suffer from self-doubt and live with the fear of being "found out." With these four tips, you can learn to banish impostor syndrome and own your success!
1. Acknowledge Your Feelings
The first step is to recognize your impostor syndrome. Then, challenge your inner critic and adopt positive affirmations. Keep in mind that feelings don't always reflect the reality of the situation.
2. Talk to Others

You may be surprised how many of your friends and colleagues can relate to how you feel. Even the most successful people might feel like frauds sometimes. Realizing that you're not alone is a great way to banish your own negative thoughts.
3. Overcome Perfectionism
Making mistakes doesn't make you an impostor. Take advantage of your failures and use them as an opportunity to grow.
4. Own Your Successes
We often attribute our success to luck or to the hard work of others. But remember, it's your skill and talent that's got you to where you are. Acknowledge and celebrate it!
