With hybrid working, you can choose where and when you want do your job. But you have to find the right balance of remote and office work for you, your team, and your organization.
Start by experimenting. Note down where and when do your best work. You might find it easier to write reports at home where you can focus more. You might find creative tasks, like brainstorming with your team, are easier in person.
Also, think about when you work well. Are you an early bird or a night owl? Note down your productivity levels and how you feel work's going depending on the time and your location in a journal or spreadsheet.
This will show you and your manager which parts of your job you do better where and when, and can help you to find out if hybrid working is right for you.
