Presenter: Have you ever been so scared of failing that you decided not to try at all?
Fear of failure can be immobilizing. But when we allow fear to stop our progress, we'll likely miss out on some great opportunities. So in this video, we are going to take a look at some simple ways you can overcome fear of failure.
First, analyze all potential outcomes including the worst case scenario. Often, shining a light on the unknown is all it takes to gain more confidence. You might find that even the worst potential outcome isn't so bad.
Second, think positively. This is easier said than done, but positive thinking exercises like affirmations can really help to boost your confidence and self-esteem.

Finally, have a contingency plan. Think about what your Plan B will look like if things don't work out. This way, you can mitigate the risks and feel more confident about taking that first leap forward.
