Narrator: It was another sunny day at Joe's Clothes and Stuff. Customers were happy. Staff were cheery. Everyone was having a great day. Life couldn't be more perfect. But things were about to change.

Enter Rudy Ruderson.

Rudy Ruderson was not happy. He was having a bad day and he didn't want any clothes or stuff. He wanted a golden unicorn that flew and didn't cost a cent, and he wanted it now.

"But we don't do golden unicorns here," Joe explained politely.

Rudy Ruderson didn't care. He got angry and started to shout. Joe started to feel panicked but he took a deep breath and said, "Please calm down, sir. You're upsetting my colleagues and customers. If you carry on this way, I'll have to call security."

Rudy Ruderson looked around. Everyone was staring at him. He felt embarrassed and turned to go.

But Joe said, "Perhaps we can get you something else. How about a unicorn onesie?" Rudy Ruderson smiled and Joe smiled back. And just like that, peace returned to Joe's Clothes and Stuff.

Dealing with rude customers is never easy but if you stay calm, do your best to diffuse the situation and work together to find the solution, you'll be well on your way to turning a bad situation into a good one.
