Improvements made in July
Smarter session handling
If your session times out after inactivity, you’ll now see a helpful pop-up prompting you to log back in – no more confusing errors or broken pages when you return.
Growing Integrations
We’re continuing to expand our ecosystem, so Mindtools fits more seamlessly into your existing tech stack.

Enhancing our data governance standards
We are actively maintaining our systems in line with GDPR requirements, strengthening our compliance posture and enhancing customer trust through responsible data practices.
Improved exclusive content experience driving higher engagement
We’ve tested a new version of our Exclusive Content paywall and saw around a 50% increase in users looking to engage with Mindtools. The new design makes it clearer that content is exclusive and encourages action sooner. This update is part of our ongoing work to create a more intuitive and rewarding experience for our community.
Under-the-hood improvements
More accurate performance insights
- We’ve upgraded how we track page speed and performance using new tools from Google. This gives us a more complete picture of how fast your content loads, across regions, devices, and time, so we can keep improving.
Accessibility improvements
- We’re auditing and addressing accessibility issues across the platform to make sure everyone can engage with our content smoothly and confidently.
Improved testing and stability
- We’ve enhanced the stability of key areas like reporting. A recent issue was diagnosed and resolved to prevent false test failures, meaning fewer bugs and smoother workflows.
