Working alongside founder James Manktelow, the Mind Tools team now spans four continents and comprises editors, writers, trainers, coaches and customer service specialists, all focused on helping you learn the "essential skills for an excellent career".

Who We Serve: Individuals

Mind Tools provides its publications and training materials to individual customers through its website. Extensive high quality web content and articles are freely available online, and through our popular newsletter. There are e-book courses and e-classes for self-paced learning, and our community, which gives you the daily training and support needed to accelerate your personal- and career-development. Career coaching is also available for individuals, to compliment or support other learning and development.

Who We Serve: Corporate Clients

Corporate clients, large and small, are members of our Career Excellence Club. Some have memberships to develop their talent pool, and others to enhance existing learning programs or as an alternative to conventional management training.

As well as this, we license Mind Tools materials for team-building, training and education purposes. Some use the materials for in-house training and others publish it on their intranet.

Who We Serve: Practitioners

We also license our publications and training materials to trainers, consultants and coaches, to use with their customers, often in a workshop or classroom setting. Practitioners benefit from ready-prepared materials at low cost, and their customers benefit from high quality, carefully researched training materials.
