    I agree with the comment by ladjr1941. God's grace has allowed me to grow in my awareness and seek and find greater sleep periods because of my work. I work from 11-7 a.m. and when I get off most people are going to work. I use to stay up 24 hours at a time and it caused me a lot of damage to my body. One day the Lord showed me what I had been doing wrong, and I immediately took action and changed the wrong into a right. It's amazing how unaware we really are. I was going along in life doing something so utterly stupid and had no idea what I was doing. I just kept asking God and myself what was I doing wrong and why was I sick. The answer came to me.
    The Bible tells us Ask and it shall be given, seek and ye shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you. Matthew 7:7. This scripture is so true. May God Bless you.
