"Feel the fear and do it anyway" ∼ author and psychologist Dr Susan Jeffers (1938-2012).

Do you envy people who can walk confidently into a room full of strangers and strike up engaging conversations? It's a situation that would leave some crippled with anxiety.

Chances are, those people are also nervous, but have developed strategies for coping with it.
