A Final Note

It can be tempting to keep loading an "extra miler" with tasks. But if you do, you risk applying "the straw that breaks the camel's back." He may burn out, or feel that he's being taken advantage of, and leave. But if you protect him, you'll likely have a valuable asset on your team for years to come.

Next week, we explore the steps that you can take to build a positive team, with our new video, and we look at strategies for coping with high team turnover.

Have a great week!
