Coping With Loss on a Virtual Team Your Favorite Learning in 2017
What a year that was! In 2017, we highlighted more than 120 new Mind Tools resources in your weekly newsletter. So, we crunched the data to see which ones were your favorites!

We had a runaway winner in Porter's Five Forces. Almost 820,000 people read up on this influential and powerful strategy tool. Our exploration of motivation, Theory X and Theory Y, was our second most popular article, with more than 335,000 readers, followed by How to Be Assertive, with 230,000 views.

Our most-watched video of the year was, unsurprisingly, the strategy juggernaut, SWOT Analysis. Also popular was our altruistic offering, 10 Ideas for Random Acts of Kindness. SWOT's appeal also made it our most-viewed infographic, edging out Kotter's 8-Step Change Model.
