    I have removed all technology from my bedroom and this has helped me sleep much better.

      I have also removed all technology from my bedroom. I also switch off the wireless internet router which is located in the bedroom. I also find that I sleep better!

      When you think of things like phones and wireless gadgets are still sending/receiving signals while we sleep and I can’t imagine it is that good for the body!
