Do you relish the opportunity to test your skills with a fresh challenge? Or do you prefer to stick with what you’re already good at?

The way that you approach a challenge can say more about what you want to avoid than what you want to achieve.

If you’re a procrastinator, if you often run out of steam before seeing things through, or if you just “know what you like, and like what you know,” then you might be afraid of failure.

    Generally, I do like to stretch myself. Yet there have been times in my life when I feel like I’ve stretched myself so thinly that there is no more give to stretch. It is when I notice I’m ‘all stretched out’ that I practice extreme self-care to get some of that bounce-ability and stretch-ability back!
