What We Do

When we set out to produce a new resource, learners’ needs are our primary concern. Learners rely on us to deliver content that will help them to develop their skills and build their careers, so it’s vital that they can trust what they read. To this end, we consult the very latest academic research, using only credible, primary sources.

We then subject each new piece of content to a rigorous, eight-week process of editing, fact- and sense-checking, and proofreading. We then organize and present our resources simply and logically, so that learners can find exactly what they’re looking for, when they want it.

In addition to our pipeline of regular new content, we have a rolling programme to actively manage our content and to keep it evergreen. We continually review our library of existing resources to refresh, update and rewrite them, and to take learners’ feedback into account. This means that we can review their comments, respond to their needs, and correct any errors speedily and efficiently.
