Dr. Felix Brodbeck is Professor of Organizational and Social Psychology, Head of Department, Work & Organizational Psychology, and Director of the Aston Centre for Leadership Excellence (ACLE) at Aston Business School, UK. He is a member of the coordination team of GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness, Wharton School of Management), a 62 nations research program founded in 1994. He has published seven books and more than 80 scholarly articles in the fields of leadership, team performance, team development, organizational effectiveness, innovation, decision making, cross-cultural psychology and applied research methods.
