When Adele Wilkinson stumbled upon Mind Tools several years ago, she found almost everything she was looking for in one place.

"I was astonished at the quality of the material," she recalls. "I've used Mind Tools regularly ever since. I find it's my first port of call whenever I'm looking for either information or for processes, books, inspiration, all sorts of things."

When the opportunity arose to join the Club, Adele didn't hesitate to sign up.

"I felt that what was there was of such good quality that it was going to be very worthwhile to have access to more of it – and to the people who were creating it," she explains.

Since then, she has witnessed the site's evolution.

"I've watched it grow further and further and I guess it's been a really good experience because I've never felt I've outgrown it," she remarks.

Adele particularly likes how the resources are organized, which she says helps her to zero in on the tools she's looking for.

"I find that I have quite a varying bag of enquiries when I come to Mind Tools, something quite different every time that I look. And because it's so well organised and so easy to search, I can always find what I'm looking for or I can very quickly find it's not there," she says. "Everything is very clearly delineated. If you're looking to do learning around something, you can save all of your choices. It's just extremely well laid out and extremely easy to use, not just on a one-visit occasion, but as you store things for the future as well."

Because it is so easy to use, the site is a frequent destination for this busy professional.

"Mind Tools makes it easier for me to progress my career because I don't have to go searching for training," says Adele. "I can pick up bits and pieces of knowledge as I need them on the fly. Mind Tools is like having a mentor sitting on my shoulder the whole time, who's incredibly experienced and has a wealth of information and advice."
