In some cases the newsletter may end up in your email account's spam folder. To ensure that you get the newsletter direct to your inbox, please add rdqnewsletter@mindtools-support.com to your email whitelist. You can find out how to do this here.

Open a recent newsletter, scroll to the bottom and click 'unsubscribe'.

4. I'm having problems opening Mind Tools PDFs. How do I open them?

Problems with opening our PDFs are usually resolved by downloading and installing the latest version of Adobe Reader (click here to do this).

If this does not work, try downloading the file a second time – this will correct any problems of file corruption during download. And if you're still having no luck, please contact our customer helpdesk. We'll send a copy through to you by email.


5. How do I order multiple copies of Mind Tools products?

6. Can I reproduce Mind Tools material?

Annual membership of the Mind Tools Club can be purchased by check/cheque. You can find out more about this by clicking here.


9. I have a valid credit card but I can't use it on your site. What can I do?

When you buy from us we use a secure third-party payment system called WorldPay to process the order. WorldPay accepts the following cards: VISA Credit, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, and JCB.

If you are using one of these cards, and you still can't complete your order, then we regret that, given the way the international credit card system works, we will not know why you are having card processing problems. Your card details are only handled through the WorldPay system, and, as such, Mind Tools does not have access to any of your card information.

In this situation, it's worth retrying, ensuring that your billing address, card number, name and other details are entered correctly.

If you still can't use your card, we're happy to offer annual Mind Tools Club membership by check/cheque. You'll find everything you need to know about paying this way here.

The easiest way to find a particular tool or resource on the site is to use our finder page. Alternatively, you can use the instant search facility at the top of this page if you are looking for particular tools.
