The following resources will help you:

Free Career Skills Articles:
On the navigation bars above you'll find more than 100 thinking and career skills, freely available. Explore the Time Management, Stress Management, Information Skills and Communication Skills sections – these will be most useful in the short term. But also take the time to look at other areas - these will come in useful as you develop your career.

An easy way of working through the material is to download the site in PDF format (we charge a small fee for this), and work through it supported by the accompanying Mind Tools helper course.

Find Life & Career Direction:
We offer two useful resources for helping you find the career that most suits you:

  • The free career test we offer in partnership with Assessment.com, which helps you find the roles you're most likely to find fulfilling; and
  • Our Life Plan Workbook, which helps you think through what you want to achieve with your life, and plan how to achieve it.

Making the Most of Your Career:
Once you're embarked on the right career, we offer self-development courses and e-classes helping you make the most of it. In particular, look at our "Make Time for Success!" time management course.
