MindTools.com’s online resources include a members’ area (the Mind Tools Club), online e-book training programs, free online articles and a free newsletter.

Mind Tools resources focus on the following skill areas of management and soft-skill training: personal effectiveness, leadership, time management, team management, communication, stress management, goal setting, and career and life planning.

Mind Tools now serves more than visitors each year, coming from more than 120 countries.

Who Mind Tools Helps

MindTools.com serves both consumer and corporate customers.

1. Managers and professionals
Mind Tools free newsletter reaches more than managers and professionals around the world every two weeks.

2. Practitioners
Mind Tools resources are used by Trainers, HR professionals, Career Counsellors, Coaches and other practitioners, to help their clients learn key management and soft skills.

3. Corporate customers
Mind Tools resources are also used by corporate clients to supplement their employee training and development program for management and soft skills: The skills Mind Tools teaches apply across industries and job-types.

Unlike other career-related sites, Mind Tools is “corporate-friendly”, focusing on helping people develop rather than encouraging career changes. Mind Tools therefore supports both employees' objectives of personal development AND employers' objectives of employee retention.
